I love this product so much. I'm so sad I dropped it and the head broke. It actually STILL works well but I'm scared to glue it back together because I might mess it up.I originally bought it because my classroom was a pirate theme and I could play relaxing music during activities, and to call in my students (K-2) from recess by playing pirate songs. And even over 100+ kids yelling, my music could still be heard.I'm going to try to glue it back and if I mess it up I may just have to reorder because I love it so much. It's perfect for holidays too!!Update: The light is annoying, but I put some red cellophane over it and it looked pretty amazing.

Rrrrrrrr great speaker for the pool.
Hubby bought this because, we live on an island so the pirate thing never gets old. It is fu ny how the notification voice has a strong Asian accent. We use it by the pool quite often. We are a little old so we don't need super high volume but it works for our purposes!

Bright light always on
Works great and has good sound. The one downside is that the very bright LED "nightlight" is always on when the speaker is on. Wish the light was optional when using it for music on the patio. Also of note, there is no volume controls on this speaker, you have to control the sound levels from your device.

Excellant item
Put on police car dash and played Halloween music through speaker for truck or treaters. They loved it.

Annoying sync voice
Only complaint is the voice that comes out of it and the led light that doesn't seem to work properly.
