It was alright while it lasted. I found that this one did not really offer nearly enough support because it kept shifting underneath my clothing. I spent most of my time tightening it and pulling it down on my back. I eventually gave up on it and purchased a different one from a major baby retailer.

Very comfortable! It gives good support amd is pretty discrete. The only draw back is there is a little bit of extra material in the back where it velcros,because theres no extra velcro to stick it too... It adjusts very well,just needs an extra piece of velcro or something to keep the flap down.
