Looks great as an addition to the license plate. I suggest some locktite blue to keep things from rattling loose. Unscrew the threaded piece from the black head, put in some locktite and a drop on the lower threaded part to ensure that the nut doesn’t go anywhere.

Nice, but can be a pain to get installed as the tops screw off the bottom, and if the lock washers grab and the top comes loose you get to play the hold the threads game. Overall I like them, and they work just fine.
