This is the ideal solution if you're looking to share your music with someone else, without making the whole room hear it. I personally ordered this product because I thought it would be nice for my girlfriend and I to be listening to the same music when we were on the train together (side note: I was right, it's way better.) This simple and sturdy cable was my first and only attempt at a solution. I would recommend it to anyone looking to share their headphone jack.Overall, I would recommend this 3.5mm jack splitter.

Great fit/finish/functionality
For an item that is generally relegated to bottom-shelf quality, this is quite nice... it's great to see folks paying attention to the details around the design of connection/cables.Note: I did /not/ receive a promotional discount for a positive review... Share audio
Purchased this for use on flights to share audio while watching movies or listening to music. Works great. If the cable was just a couple of inches longer, it would be perfect.

Garbage
Not even 30 seconds into testing it to make sure it works and the "metal" sleeve came off when unplugging my headphones. Absolute trash. Am I supposed to yank from the wire to unplug everything?
