No detailed explanations are given. At most places even for complicated things only one line commentary has been written. I must say it is not value for money at all. At back cover it has been written that it is indispensable guide for IFRS but this statement is an absolutely lie. You shall not gain anything from this book if you are new bird like me in this complicated Ifrs world.

it's alway a headache to truely understand the obsure stipulation of the IFRS rules, this book can help understand and better apply the rules by vivid case studies, highly recommend it to finance person
