How do you use the hooked end of the included brush/tool, especially the exposed metal blade inside the hooked end?

The included metal blade brush hook can be used to remove tangled thread and hair from the brush roller.

How can i trust these are legit and not fake? are these real hepa filters?

This is a real HEPA filter. If you are not satisfied with the quality within 30 days after purchase, you can return it at any time.

How many times can I wash these filters?

This filter can generally be washed 5-10 times (depending on the cleaning intensity). As the number of filter washing increases, the filtering efficiency of the filter gradually decreases, and the suction force and battery life of the vacuum cleaner also decrease (specific data cannot be provided due to different working environments of the vacuum cleaner, such as cleaning dust and hair). If you feel this, the filter cannot be used again.
