Best chili sauce
I love hot spicy sauces. I've been using this sauce for years and find it to be the very best especially for Chinese dishes. Not always easy to find.

Not the red chili sauce youwant
I was hoping to find a red chili sauce or paste similar to what I have had as a condiment in certain fine Chinese restaurants in Manhattan. This product was not it. It has the right look, but the flavor is quite frankly *horrible*. It is sharp and vinegary, and entirely unpleasant. I tried it in various Chinese and Thai dishes, and it had the effect of ruining each one. This is the fifth or sixth brand I have tried, and definitely my least favorite.
