I love it!
I have been following & I have read materials from the author before but never one concerning detoxing so I was looking forward to reading it & I was not disappointed. This book is not just about her journey on the detox plan but includes inspiring testimonies from those who have recently completed the detox program. I have read other books about detoxing for 28 days and I must say that this one seems simple enough and easy to do without adding extras to an already busy schedule. She goes into detail about what and why to avoid certain foods that are based on facts that can be backed up and not just her opinion of why one should avoid them. She gives daily suggestions for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. She mentions other influential people who have made it their mission to help others and gives you access to them as well for more support and motivation. I intend to begin my detox journey with what I have learned from this book and others I've read to make this a lifestyle for good Thanks for writing this book to get me excited about living a more healthy lifestyle again.

Like Speaking to Your Best Friend About Your Health!
Oh.My.Gosh. I have done numerous detoxes in my health history, but never before have I understood so clearly why these 30 day resets were invaluable for my body and my spirit. Lise is so clear and concise in her explanation. You won't feel like you're reading a textbook on health, but rather, speaking to your best friend who just gives it to you raw & real. If you are struggling with your weight or are doubtful about detoxing, READ THIS BOOK. You won't regret it (and neither will your body!)

A Simple Approach to Healthy Lifestyle Changes
I have a SERIOUS sweet tooth which can get me into trouble when it comes time to slim down for swimsuit season. What I really like here is the simple approach. It's not about fad diets or things that only work for a few weeks. My goal (like many others) is to have a healthy lifestyle that works, I really feel like this book is a big building block to help me get there.

We need to be healthier
Although I was wary of the word 'detox' to start, I came to realize that it's extremely apt. Some of the 'foods' we consume today are toxic and we definitely need to detox from them. I think it's incredibly fascinating the new research and theories coming out about how the gut affects every part of our health (including mental health) and it's only a good idea to do what we can to eat the right things.I love that Lise has included meal plans for both those trying to lose weight and those who just want to detox. I think this is a detail that's missed by most health/diet books that automatically assume weight loss is the goal.

Detox Your Diet
Detox Your Diet.I enjoyed reading this book. It was very interesting and gave me a lot to think about. The recipes and ideas are great, also the ideas for exercises.I have not started the diet as yet I will rather go through the book again thoroughlyand then think about starting it. Also I would prefer to do it when I have a bit of leaveso that I can be at home for the first week as Lise has warned in the book that the firstweek you might feel a bit wobbly.

Eat Clean and Live Well
I have read many of the Author's books and this is the best one yet. As someone who has struggled with weight my entire life I really connected with this book. The meal plans are awesome and well worth the price of the book itself. I love the conversational nature throughout the book and I look forward to implementing many of the concepts into my own eating plan. Highly recommend adding this book to your collection.

I was pleasantly surprised by Detox Your Diet
I'm usually skeptical of dieting books, but the idea of detoxing really intrigued me, so I picked up this book. Detox Your Diet is written from someone who has been there and I'm happy to see the materials from the book and drawn from the author's own experiences. The plan looks really doable and I can't wait to try it and even bring my husband on board!

A very comprehensive guide to detoxing your diet
I am a big fan of Lise's books and have read most of them. From reading Lise's other books I know she is a very practical type of person and this piqued my interest into reading the book to learn more about her approach to detoxing her diet. What I liked about the book is that Lise has obtained a medical view on the detox, which gives it more credibility. She also explains why detoxing is important and which foods to eat and which to avoid. She explains why certain foods should be avoided in a manner that is simple to understand.I liked the fact that she gave some inspirational stories to motivate the benefits of detoxing further. There were also tips to help with sticking to the program for at least 14 days (although 28 days are recommended), which somehow just seems more do-able.There is also a detox-friendly action guide to help readers along their detox journey. There is also a facebook support group for anyone with further questions about this detox program. As I read the book, I became concerned that it would become an advertisement for Arbonne products but lucky it did not. Lise gives week-by-week meal plans for those who want to detox and lose weight and those who just want to detox. These meal plans will definitely help with following the program. She also gives suggested products to use if you are not into Arbonne products. She also gives exercising tips and tips for measuring your progress and tracking your results. Where required, Lise refers to other books and videos with more information or explanations on certain concepts.Overall, a solid book for those of us who are new to detoxing. I found it practical and comprehensive. Lise makes detoxing seem simple enough for me to want to give it a try! Hopefully, I will achieve the same level of success as those success stories mentioned in the book!
