When I was researching this sort of product I was impressed by several things. This is both a probiotic and prebiotic and has no hormones or gluten, all of which are important to me. It’s also made in the USA which I like. I take other vitamins such as K on an empty stomach so I had no problem following the directions to take half hour before meals. Does it work? I didn’t have any huge stomach issues and take this as a support and I am totally happy with the product.

Doesn't do anything extra . Don't see much difference with other probiotics I have used although I have very severe digestive problems.

I don't like the fact you have to take it 1\2 hour before you eat.
