The lids do not snap tightly to the box
The lids do not snap tightly on to the box. When I contacted customer service they wanted me to send a picture of the lid not closing. The lid closes but there is no snap sound. Just goes to show how poorly trained the customer service reps are. Not their fault as in many cases they are just given a standard script for a reply
