Maifanitum Mineral Ball Filter Media Maifanite Stone for Shrimp Aquarium 100g (1cm)

Don't know if it's working or not,but I setup a new shrimp /guppy tank with it from the beginning and can't keep the guppies and shrimp from multiplying. While most people I know can't seem to keep either alive. It's does bring the tds up in your water slightly so I guess it's leaching trace elements my tank residents need and plants too. Because of that I probably wouldn't do another shrimp tank or live bearer tank without them.

I feel the product was misrepresented. I thought I was ordering large balls and received small ones. These also did no raise TDS which seems strange since that was the whole purpose of purchasing them. No TDS raised = No minerals being released.

they are in the tank and seem to do nothing. the shrimp are not feeding off of them which tells me they are not gathering much bio material.

Haven't been able to ask my shrimp if they like them so I'll just assume that they do
