**Q: In what form nist calibration certificate will look like, is it in paper form or a sticker?  also can i leave it on for a couple hours at time?**
A: Hello, 

The calibration certification comes in paper form. We do not recommend leaving the device running for more than 8 hrs as this will fill up the memory space and may cause the data to become corrupted.

**Q: Can the software that comse with this unit complete a Time Weighted Average exposure?**
A: Software did not come with it and downloading the software has been nothing but an issue.

The instrument was easy to use. Unfortunately the instrument could not record the very low sound levels that I needed to record. ( I am talking db level not frequency.)  I wrote email to supplier explaining the problem. They authorized me to return the instrument. They fully refunded and paid shipping. They were very prompt. I give 5 star rating to the supplier for customer service.
