Lasted less than a month and then exploded. Luckily I was in the basement at the time and was able to shut the water off. Tried emailing the manufacturer but never got a response. Our hot water heater is under 50gal and we are on city water.

The tank leaks from the middle seal (the crimped metal rim). The diaphragm in the middle was compromised from the moment we applied water pressure to it. We'll be going with a different brand for the replacement.

Just wanted to let you know that you call out 3/4 NPT thread and it's actually 1/2" NPT. The dimension for this type of thread is for pipe so it's measured on the inside not the outside of the thread. Anyway, you should either change your description or actually put a 3/4" NPT thread on the tank going forward.

Failed after 2 months, garbage. Leaking around middle crimp seal.

JUNK!!!! Had item hooked up for almost 3 months came home to flooded basement because the bottom half of the tank blew off along with the diaphragm. This unit is absolute garbage. Would give it zero stars if I could. I’ll post pictures shortly.
