Everything arrived in good shape, assembly went good with only a few problems (see below), and I only have a couple of complaints about the comfort.Shipping: Bought this with Prime and Amazon shipped it Overnight FedEx from California. Nothing was damaged, but the top of the box looked like the tape keeping it closed could use some love.Assembly: The illustrations on the instructions were good enough but the part list and numbers must have been of a previous model. (See photo) The numbers don't line up with the correct bolt/washer, and there is actually 3 different bolts. There are 4 long medium sized ones for attaching the control bracket to the seat, 3 small ones for attaching the headrest and hanger (which is optional so yay), 3 large ones for attaching the back onto the control bracket, and 6 medium ones for attaching the arms (I received an extra 1 of these, better to have extra than not enough). Everything went together pretty well, but I recommend putting the arms on before the control bracket as the seat controls can get in the way of the allen wrench. Lastly, the headrest screw was very tight fitting in and squeaked each time I turned it.Comfort: For the price it's a pretty good chair. I would have given it 5 stars if the back could go up just a little bit, or was a little higher. I'm about 6'2" and the bottom of the headrest slightly pushes down on my shoulders. (I'm use to this as being tall seems to mean you're not allowed to be comfortable in a chair with a headrest. Unless you want to spent way more money) Lastly, the lumbar support is a hard piece of plastic. I ended up putting a small towel between it and the mesh. On a final note, I like the wheels, they roll quite well.

For a taller person, the back of the chair isn't very long.... the headrest hits the base of my neck. I had to take it off. The chair does not lean very far back and it doesn't go very low to the ground. All in all... disappointed. Returning it....If you are 6' or taller... I would not recommend this chair.

I needed to replace an office chair on short notice, and settled on this one after comparing several different chars all listed as ergonomic.So far this is one of the more comfortable chairs I have had for my office. I am a large guy and this chair fits me with room to spare. My other normal complaint is the fact that most office chairs are not built with short legged people in mind, and I either have to sit forward on the chair or use some kind of foot rest to prevent the seat from pressing uncomfortably into the back of my legs. Not so with this chair, one of the adjustments possible allows me to slide the seat back under the back rest allowing me to sit back and make use of the lumbar support while keeping my feet firmly on the floor.The only reason I docked it the one star is that installing the headrest and coat hanger was incredibly awkward. The screws for the coat hanger are between the frame and the webbing on the chair back, and the head rest screw faces downward rather than being readily accessible on the back of the frame.Aside from that, an incredibly comfortable and solid feeling chair.

Scary to buy a computer chair without trying it out first but I read the reviews and was sold. Got two of these and my husband and I both love them. Very comfortable and sturdy. My husband is a gamer and he estimates he sat in it one day for almost 10 hours with no issues. I did get a lumbar support pillow for mine to help support my lower back more. We did not want faux leather chairs because they fall apart after a few years so the cloth seat and mesh back were definitely a necessity. Would recommend to anyone!

Easy assembly. Seat is a little harder than I hoped, but I can deal with that. had to add a towel to the lumbar support because the hard plastic was a bit harsh on my back. Leans great and the back mesh is comfortable. I wish the armrests were longer, but I will be making a custom set to fit my needs. The top section of the arm resta have screws underneath and will allow me to attach something more my style.

The directions are some of the worst I've ever seen. You're given a ziplocked bag with all the bolts and washers however they aren't labeled and all are different sizes. If you have common sense though you should be able to figure out how to put this chair together. Now that's it been built I have a couple of complaints, it claims that the back is "high back" however for someone that's 6"5 it definitely isn't and my shoulders blades sit about mid head rest. The cushion is extremely firm but it does provide a nice amount of support, the back is rather uncomfortable but also offers a decent amount of support. All in if you're looking for something you can sink into this chair isn't for you and you're over 6ft, this chair is not for you.

This is a decent chair, but I'm 6'3" so I'm too tall for the head support thing & there is no adjustment for it.

Comfortable and easy to assemble.Great Chair. My Husband loves this chair. I am going to get one also!I got one also and love it. The back tilts back when you pull out the tilt lock and then push it back in to lock. The seat slides forward and back. The arms are adjustable. My husband put it together in a snap.
