Fiber Optic Lighting Hot Knife

Worked better than I expected, but for high production volumes I would recommend higher wattage. Gave a clean cut in 3/16" dia. fiber, but you need to cut slowly and shield the work from a breeze..

This does the job but note it is flimsy. I have used it once and do not expect it to last too long. Quite expensive for the quality. The tip is solid but the handle (blue in the photo) is very light plastic and flimsy. Honestly feels and looks like a $15 max item.
