(Lying on side however is not as cushy)Only downside so far is, it is quite stinky once unravelled. I had it out on our clothes line for a few hours though and it's much better. Also if you were buying this because it's blue, it's not really. It's a very light purple. Or at least mine is. But to be honest! I actually wanted a purple mat, so it works out hahaA side note, for whatever reason a sticker was placed onto the writing where the free yoga session is, it was a pain to get off I tell ya. Maybe move it elsewhere next time for future people.For those who do heavy duty yoga, I don't see why this wouldnt be a great mat. It sticks very well! It hasn't moved around at all for me. Bare in mind I do only do lighter yoga poses hahaOverall a great mat!
