Exploded, bluetooth range is about 10'
I left this in the grill and the entire thing exploded.DO NOT LEAVE IN HIGH TEMPSBluetooth range is not good. I had this inside my window ~20' from my grill and it kept loosing reception, then it exploded.

This weekend was the first time we used it to BBQ my husband realized it wasn't working and went out side to check on it. It had completely melted. I thought using it for BBQ was what it was for. I wished we would have used it earlier but it was a Christmas present because I sure have sent it back!!! 0 STARS!!!

Does not meet expectations
Really not a great idea. I thought I could use in a smoker for thanksgiving and suddenly the Bluetooth stopped. I opened the lid to find it in the condition of the photos below. Needless to say, I glad it didn't drop on my turkey. The packing says leave it in and watch the app, but if it can't take smoker temps then I would not recommend it at all. I'll be returning it shortly.

NOT HEAT RESISTANT!
Why would anyone make a bluetooth grill thermometer that is not heat resistant? I guess I should have looked a little closer to the title (lightning deal...was in a hurry). Moral of the story...read before you buy.
