Great product for hydration! Use it everyday!

I got this for my pregnant daughter. The salt taste is a bit of shock at first but it is actually really good. She likes it with about 16 oz of water per scoop. I tried it, and it was good. I don’t consume sweetened drinks, but it reminded me of a margarita with the sweet, salty and sour tones. It has been helping keep her hydrated at her hot, physical job. Before she had been getting faint possibility from dehydrated and low electrolytes. - she’s switching between this and LMNT to see if one works better than the other.

This has all the electrolytes needed without any other filler junk. I work long hours as a nurse and use to have nightly leg cramps, which have now stopped thanks to Relyte!

I am an older person, and when I have heavy activity days/working days, I would get bad leg cramps at night. I normally drink the juice from dill pickles. ( Unfortunately, now I have three jars of dill pickles with no juice lol!)ANYWAY, a friend of mine recommended this product. IT IS FANTASTIC!

This company is shady, changing the size of packaging! Can’t return, pretty bummed. I love the ingredients and taste but shipping takes forever and costs a fortune to Hawaii.

This product is perfect, the flavor is delicious, it's hilarious that people are complaining about it being clumpy, cakey. It's not when you shake it up WAIT for it to dissolve and be PATIENT. You can't fix stupid so cheers! To a wonderful product! In the future I'll be looking forward to trying new flavors! :)

Really good taste a bit expensive for little bottle but hydrates me good !
