LipiX InstantEdge Ketogenic Coffee (Vanilla)

Can't say that this gave me a bigger boost than regular coffee, but I also take a high dose of Ritalin daily, so maybe that's why I don't get the "Instant Edge" feeling from this coffee. I'm also not much of a coffee snob so all coffee just tastes like coffee to me & this tastes like any other coffee I've had. What I will say this product is EXCELLENT for is keeping you regular! Wow! A healthy person should have 1-2 good bowel movement per day. Drinking this coffee virtually guarantees that will happen! I don't know why they don't advertise that benefit, but I'd say it's even more effective than prune juice or fiber supplements.

I used to drink Bullet Proof coffee (strong coffee with butter and coconut oil blended in) but it was a lot of extra work to prepare every morning on my way out the door. I ordered this because I thought it would make my morning routine easier, and it has, it cut down on time and dishes. BUT I do not care for the taste vey much, I find myself adding a large amount of creamer to it. The MCT oil does find its way afloat to the top so blending this would be ideal if you can not handle the oil feel on your lips...it's like every sip you put on a fresh coat of chapstick. I would say overall it is a decent product and it serves it's purpose of giving you an energy boost.

I am no stranger to MCT oil as I've been using it on my salads for over 10 yrs and a few other things along the way but the whole coffee/MCT combo was something I hadn't tried until recently. Personally, I struggled with the oil floating on top of my hot coffee but it is good for cold drinks and treats so all is not lost! My mid morning ice mocha protein shake holds me for 8hrs plus, no hunger whatsoever...all I did is add this stuff to my normal protein shake and viola!

I love bullet proof coffee but it's just not practical to make it at work. I bought this to keep at my desk for the mornings I don't have time to make it at home. I enjoy the taste of this coffee but you do end up with a puddle of oil on top. I could achieve something similar by pouring mct oil into regular coffee; though there does seem to be less floating on top than when I just add it myself. I'm not sure why I thought that wouldn't happen but that's really the only thing preventing me from giving it more stars.

This coffee is my go-to when I start my day at work. I don't have time to make bulletproof coffee myself so this is very convenient. I can feel a difference when I drink it, it's as if my brain fog was lifted and i'm typically in a much better mood. The only things bad that I can say about the coffee is the price but to me it's worth it for the convenience and also sometimes the coffee is out of stock so I try to order well in advance when I see that I have about 1/4 of the coffee left. I used to order the 1 pound container but it's hardly in stock anymore. Still a 5 star product that I highly recommend.

The MCT oil in this stuff seriously separates in shipping and storage. This was kinda expected, but it didn't seem to mix properly. Also, it tasted kinda funky. I recommend just buying some grass-fed butter and some virgin coconut oil to mix into whatever coffee is your favorite. The taste experience will be much better.

I tried this for brain fog that comes after breakfast these days and is staying longer and longer each day.My husband says I looked like a junkie, nodding off, head hanging, dozing the morning away.It works... amazing. I am alert until noon with one cup of coffee.No constipation either.Since then I have been learning more about it and hope it is also helping my non-alcoholic fatty liver... so ordered a quart of Now Brand to make salad dressings, etc. I make my own dressings to avoid Canola oil.I have to say also that in the bottom of this jar, I found tiny strips of something with a metallic shine.

I liked the flavor. The only reason I give it 3 stars is because the last 2 I ordered the seal was broken and oil was everywhere.
