It was the perfect size for my small keyboard and everything fits just right. It feels strong and gives good protection when I take it with me. I definitely recommend it. Review: Tight, great case! - My AKAI MPK mini is a super snug fit in this case. It's probably better that way for protection. Hopefully it'll stretch a bit. I was thinking I wished the edges were more square and less round, the extra space that would provide would more easily accommodate the cord. As I thought about this, the round edges do provide increased shock protection. Just talked myself into going back to a 5 stars rating. Sleek, durable case, fits the MPK mini and cable. It's tight! ## Features - Perfect Compatible:This carrying case is specially designed for Akai Professional MPK Mini MK3/MPK Mini Play MK3 25-Key USB MIDI keyboard controller. It's tight! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly functional at a great price *by J***G on November 21, 2018* This traveling hard case offers complete protection of the AKAI MPK keyboards. The foam on the top protects the keys and topside of the keyboard while a soft fabric protects the bottom and sides from scratches. The case fits snugly around the keyboard with room at the top for the USB cable. The case is secured with two zippers with no apparent flaws. A handle on the top allows the case to be carried comfortably like a briefcase. I have been using this case for about a month and a half now, and it has done a wonderful job protecting my precious beat-making device. Over a month and a half of commuting to and from school inside my backpack have made no visible damage to the case or the keyboard. Overall, a great product at a good price. ## Frequently Bought Together - LTGEM Case Compatible with Akai Professional MPK Mini MK3 / MPK Mini Play MK3 25 Key USB MIDI Keyboard Controller, Black+Gray(Case Only) - Akai Professional MPK Mini MK3 - 25 Key USB MIDI Keyboard Controller With 8 Backlit Drum Pads, 8 Knobs, Music Production Software and Native Instruments Sound Package (NKS Integration) - 6Ft Long Cable USB 2.0 Type-A to Type-B High Speed Cord for Audio Interface, Midi Keyboard, USB Microphone, Mixer, Speaker, Monitor, Instrument, Strobe Light System Laptop Mac PC --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.be/products/43742036-ltgem-case-for-akai-mpk-mini-mk3-mpk-mini-play](https://www.desertcart.be/products/43742036-ltgem-case-for-akai-mpk-mini-mk3-mpk-mini-play) --- *Product available on Desertcart Belgium* *Store origin: BE* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
