Indispensable for precision work on tiny parts, highly adjustable for any needed angle. I use it mostly on the USB power, it's much brighter this way. Magnification is sufficient for any DIY stuff I needed to do so far - magnification factor is likely overstated, but the consistent circular lighting is the key.Ultra magnifying tiny keyhole and the black light are just gimmicks, not usable in real life. OK for me, cause the main purpose is fulfilled so well.

Great magnification, bright light. However, it is very, very top heavy and gets knocked over at the slightest bump. I ended up throwing it across the room in frustration and now it's broken. My fault. But the bottom needs to be bigger/heavier so it won't tip over constantly.

I really enjoy this magnifying glass. I keep it on my kitchen table and use it daily. Great item. Just remember to turn it off after use.

I got this on a whim after having trouble identifying whether the tiny spots on my African Violet was pollen or an infestation of something nefarious. It's amazing! Now I'm running all over the house looking at everything with this magnifying glass like I'm some kind of detective looking for clues to the origin of the universe. I love how there are three different light hues to choose from, and you can prop it up on the built in stand for more stability. I also love how the stand has tiny graticulation for measuring things while you're looking through the glass. I haven't figured out the trick to looking through the 50x porthole, but the 30x is perfect for most uses. And turns out, it was a nefarious invasion. Stupid white flies.
