So just the outside box its shippied in will be damaged? Not the actual box the funko Pop is in right?

Honestly every seller ships differently. Some will put the box itself in which the pop came into, into another box or they would just take the pop out of the box itself and then put it into another box. From a collector's standpoint, it is understandable if they are looking at whether or not the box of the actual pop is damaged, but the value is actually in the pop itself, not the box it comes in. The outside box itself and which it is shipped in could be dinged a little bit here and there depending on the postal service. However, that doesn't always happen. If packaged correctly, the pop will ship without any damage unless it was already damaged through manufacturing which happens here and there

The one on sale is sold shipped by amazon. It says moderate packaging damage. Does that mean damage to the actual pop box or the box it comes in?

This usually means the box is damaged. Most collectors want the box in mint condition, but if you don't care, the item itself should be fine :)
