My fine hair is dry as a bone after using this shampoo. Conditioners and oils can weigh hair down and therefore negate the value of volumizers, however, this product really needs something that makes it possible for users to be able to comb their hair after use. I am not a fan of the scent. It brings me back to the 90s when I smelt that scent of salons when ladies would get their hair permed. I tried it for a week. It didn't seems to make my hair thicker, but it ended up being more oily with every use. As someone with oily hair, I'm always on the quest to find a "volume" shampoo that wouldn't make my hair oily and this was not it.Maybe this might be better for someone with dry to regular hair and would be okay with the scent, but definitely was not for me.Edit: increased stars to reflect their amazing customer service. My main reason for buying this product is to help with hair growth. I am currently using minoxidil to regrow my thinning hair and the main ingredient in this shampoo is biotin (which is known to help hair and nails grow) so I thought that it would help the growing process. My hair is slowly growing back so I hope it is due to both the minoxidil combined with the added biotin in this shampoo. I like the scent of the shampoo and it leaves my hair feeling clean and healthy. I will keep buying it!

Overall, I like this shampoo. It left my hair feeling really soft and luxurious after it dried naturally. It has a mostly tea-tree type smell, which is refreshing. The only thing I didnt like, is that it was a little drying to my hair. When i rinsed it out, there was almost a squeaky sound when running my hands through my hair. But like I mentioned, when it dried, it felt better.

I get this shampoo for my fiancé. He originally wanted the peppermint one (cause that’s his fave), but it appears that they no longer carry it, so he decided to give this one a chance instead. He says that it makes his heart feel super soft and clean and that he really enjoys it. I’ve been reordering it for him for a little bit now. So far, 10/10 would recommend. It smells divine!

I like this shampoo. I have thin hair with a fairly decent amount of wave. A lot of shampoos feel very heavy and weigh my hair down sometimes making it feel oily. This one is very light and so far I like the results. Seems to have given my hair a little extra body to it as well. I also like the fact that there are not bad chemicals in it!

I can definitely feel a difference in the thickness of my hair after only 3 months! I love this product😊
