Review: Amazing for the price - If you know what you're getting these are an incredible deal. No it won't enable the full performance of your i7 - but for lower-end systems it's just a solid basic cooler, and PWM means it's quiet at idle. I agree the mounting is annoying. Make sure you are prepared with a clean well-lit work area, some decent hand/arm strength, and maybe something to support your motherboard behind the CPU area so that you can push these pins with the force required.
Review: Good CPU fan - This fan works great! It is installed on Asus Tuf gaming z790 plus mother board over an Intel 12700k! No over heating issues. I didn’t like any of the bulky CPU cooling heat sinks. It was hard to press in to lock to the MB. Make sure you’re pushing from the other side while installing so you don’t potentially crack your MB. Does need some improvements on that. The fan has good contact with the factory installed CPU paste after installation.

If you know what you're getting these are an incredible deal. No it won't enable the full performance of your i7 - but for lower-end systems it's just a solid basic cooler, and PWM means it's quiet at idle. I agree the mounting is annoying.
