Tsubota Pearl Molla Space Queue Perfume Stick Roller, Pink

i have 3 and they’re great. this one the tiny o-rings that hold the cap on are to smaller to make a grip. contacted the company in japan and they kindly sent replacement o-rings. unfortunately the replacements we significantly smaller than the problem ones and made it even worse. they suggested it sending it to them for evaluation, but to pack and send to them would exceed the value of the item. will try hardware store next, but i’m running out of steam in trying to remedy they’re defective product.
