Dulls very easily. Knife was dull within a few weeks.

Extremely sharp knife. It's outstandingly beautiful, sharp, and way to handle while cutting food up. I got to use it for the first time last nice to make my sweet honey styled chicken , and sauce. I was super impressed! I'm picky about my knives, but this little guy earned a spot in my favorites drawer. I recommend washing by hand also to protect the handle.
