Like pretty much everything about this machine some things could be improved. Access to the screws that hold the head could be better located as changing the height can be a bit awkward sometimes. Build quality is pretty good but why on earth do they supply that god-awful easily kinked flimsy air hose? Changed that out for afar superior version that cost me like £3 delivered for 2 meters length.

I have had my Sculpfun s10 for a month or so now and it's awesome. It's practically an addiction halfway through a project I am already drawing up and planning the next one! I have made boxes, engravings on wood, glass, slate and even stainless steel with it, I have also been able to do some impressive marquetry with it too. I would recommend this machine to any maker or artist wanting to branch out on a budget but would also recommend upgrading to the air assist as soon as you can as it really does make a difference to the speed and quality of cut work. Having said that the base machine is no slouch and for a 10 watt laser cuts 3mm wood pretty fast, Also consider at least upgrading to end stops as they make homing and positioning work much more intuitive and efficient. All in all an excellent machine to work with especially when combined with the lightburn software and a good webcam too.

The product is very nice. The accuracy and resolution are great. There was a warranty claim needed due to a faulty cable. The supplier overcame language and time zone issues to resolve the issue. All in all, very impressed.

Very happy with it still working out how to use the software but I'm abit slow when it comes to computers but all in all very happy with it
