Well, this product is awesome providing you follow their "best" boiled egg recipe. The first dozen eggs I tried with the Negg Peeler were a disaster - it didn't work. I was frustrated and couldn't figure out why it works for everyone else but not me. But I realized I made my boiled eggs differently then their recommended "best" boiled egg recipe.
