The day after I received my bottle I began go take the pills consistently. I noticed a difference the second day in my energy level. I seemed to feel more ready to go. I did not rate this a five for two reasons. One I did not notice any weight loss, but I have not been taking these long term yet. Secondly, because it says it revitalizes the body's immune system, yet after taking this for over a week I picked up a summer cold. I don't expect this to be a magic pill that makes it so I never get sick again, but at the least I expected it to lessen the duration and severity of my cold. Compared to a coworker not taking these we both had the same cold the same amount of time. Mostly the four out of five is because of the more energetic feeling I had after a two days. The pills were easy to swallow and about the typical pill size. I did receive this product at a discounted price for an honest review.

This product claims a lot of different benefits, anti-aging, immunity boosting, energy, etc. I got it for its claims of increased energy. I am a sluggish person, who always seems to be tired. Coffee is not enough for me and too much makes me jittery, so I thought I would give this a shot. I feel like it may have boosted my energy somewhat, but I also started biking again, and exercise, which I don’t get nearly enough of, actually seems to energize me rather than make me tired. Because I started both simultaneously, it is hard to say what percentage of my increased energy is attributable to this product and what percentage is attributable to the biking. In any event, I have more energy so I am pleased. I will continue to take this, and will update my review if I notice any additional benefits or changes. As far as the anti-aging claims, that is really hard to address, how does one evaluate in the course of taking a bottle of pills if there are any anti-aging benefits?The bottle states to take one capsule with meals, I am not sure if that means three times per day? I really only eat two meals, so I have been taking these twice per day. The bottle has 60 capsules, so at my dosage they should last me for one month. If you take them three times per day, you should get about three weeks out of the bottle. I have had no problems swallowing these capsules, but for those that have difficulty swallowing capsules, I recently learned a “trick”. Your natural inclination when swallowing capsules, is to tilt your head back, but instead, take a sip of water and tilt your head FORWARD, the capsule will float to the back of your throat and make swallowing easier.Overall, I am happy with some increase in my energy level, and I would probably try another bottle after I finish this one to see if they maintain or increase my energy. Actually I will likely stop them for a couple weeks to see if my energy levels dip, then it will be easier to identify what roll, along with the biking, that these are playing with my energy levels.I was fortunate enough to receive this product at a discount in exchange for my review and honest opinion.

This product was okay. I didn't see a whole lot of results, but I did get some results. I felt "internally" better, like my gut, stomach, etc..but it didn't give me anymore energy, than usual. I did lose a few pounds, so that was a plus.
