Is this good for oily skin?

I've got combination skin and it works well for me. But reviews suggest great for all skin types. So worth a try.

I've hear this accentuates pores so could i apply this on top of the elf poreless putty primer?

Yes the can certainly use the elf grip primer on top of the elf poreless putty primer but the grip primer should be applied by pressing into skin to avoid creating a paste

It depends on what you apply ontop of it! It has amazing intense grip for anything that goes ontop of it, so if you apply something mattifying i think it would work. I honestly love using it and then adding ontop of it the CT Flawless filter and it makes my skin suuuuper glossy, shiny and glass like thats just my style but it works amazingly anyways
