It’s smaller than expected
It takes longer because it’s so small. It works great though. I’m going to try it on my car windows. I bet it will do great on them!

Difficult to use keeps falling off
In theory this should be great. But it’s such aPain to use and it keeps falling off, by the time you use it you could just use a squeegee and be finished sooner.

Los imanes son tan potentes que al querer moverlos por las lunas a limpiar, casi sacan la luna de su carril. Funciona, sÃ, pero con mucha dificultad. Creo que eso pasa con todos los dispositivos que usan imanes.

Best item I've purchased
The window cleaner works great! I am a 4th floor apartment and the windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them. The safety rope worked great,I went too quickly through a turn and it came apart. It does have a small learning curve, but I am incredibly happy with this purchase!

does not work. keeps falling. cheaply made
I purchased the more expensive model read it for 1.25 inch windows. I have .5 inch double pane windows.this item simply will not stay attached. It is so cheaply made including all the components such as the squeegee and the sponges.What a waste. I’m returning

money was not the issue - just very difficult to use
trying to clean home windows - just went back to spray and wipe = too frustrating
