Excelente sabor lo recomiendo

Had a mouthful to feel chunks being swallowed. Poured into sink to find worm looking things in the drink. Unbelievable.

I used premier during my preop diet and lost 22lbs in a month, before even receiving the surgery. The shakes are thick enough to fill you but not too thick which I love. I did 2 shakes a day and 1 meal (high protein/nonstarchy veggies). After surgery I couldn’t stomach them anymore (the surgery can change your taste). I switched to the powders for a moment and now I’m back to the shakes almost 4-5 months later. I’ve tried a multitude of flavors and here’s my honest breakdown of the shakes:Chocolate PB: amazing! Taste JUST like a reesecup milkshake!! If you want something that masks the protein taste, this went well for me. 8/10. 9/10 on a good day.Cinnamon roll: I will be obsessing over it these for a while until I get sick of these too lol. Literally tastes like the milk left after eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Elite. My number 1. 10/10Cake batter: this flavor was fine at first but extremely sweet to me with a strange protein back flavor. I got sick of it FAST. I mixed these with caramel or chocolate to force my mind to knock it down but I’m also a bit dramatic lol. 6.5/10Vanilla: I knew better but decided to give it a try and my brain and body rejects this. When shakes were too sweet, I used vanilla to lighten them up a bit but vanilla is even a bit much for it to be vanilla too. Vanilla protein powder from premier was much better imo. No rating.Chocolate: the easiest one to purchase and knock back to get it over with. Pretty hard to mess up chocolate lol. 9.5/10Cookies and cream: it’s not disgusting, but it was a let down. I definitely think my expectations killed the reality of the drink. I don’t taste a piece of cookie nor a smidget of cream lol. It tastes like someone got dirt in chocolate milk and tried to filter and sell it still. No rating because I’ve been avoiding the box for a week or so. I may update this flavor. In the future.Caramel: delicious! Slightly odd after taste but does not outweigh the caramel flavor. I mixed these with chocolate or vanilla to spruce it up and it was pleasant. 9/10Powders: vanilla is delicious. Coffee is odd (by itself), chocolate was also odd on its own. Free game vanilla+chocolate tasted like a Wendy’s frosty. Chocolate+coffee= McDonalds frappe.Hoping this helps! I’m someone who is more of a salt over sugar person. I don’t dislike sweets but I can be a bit judgier about them. Premier overall has been really good to/for me.
