I have tried others with this same basic idea, but structured differently Basically they have not worked well and are very uncomfortable after about an hour. They use the basic idea of a thong where the back piece comes through your butt cheeks and loops over your cock and balls, then the front slips over your entire package as a cover. That design is uncomfortable. This one was designed by a man for a man. The loop for your balls is at the end of the front pouch, Nothing comes through your cheeks from the back. Then the front pouch flips over your entire package, lifting it at the same time. Comfortable, sexy and ready for action. I have worn them all day without a problem. Being cottom, they are durable and clean up easily.

Very very very small, barely got it over my thighs and waaaayyyyy too small for my apples & banana. Cheaply made and not worth the money. Terrible product for a man but will work for adolescents.

This was my second order of this item. The first set fit well in the waist. Since the description indicated only one size I thought the second order would fit the same. However, the waist band was shorter considerably and definitely not the range of 62-110 cm/24.5-43.0 inches.

Although I tried to get them on because the fabric was nice, the pouch was too small. Since it was too small I could not keep them on.

The ring on these are small and don't stretch. No way anything of mine fits through that ring. I'll cut the ring off and wear them without it though. Good material and will be fine for normal wear. Wouldn't work for under gym clothes since the material doesn't stretch and the ring is to small to hold anything and keep it in place. I wouldn't recommend this one to anybody.
