I did not know the answer so I downloaded a trial copy of elements 14 and found camera raw to be vastly different then the camera raw I'm able to use. "basically" my camera raw is Lightroom inside of Photoshop, the camera raw that I witnessed in elements 14 is missing two thirds of all of the controls and applications I can use. so unless there's another way to get a higher-end level of camera raw (I believe it is version 9.5.1.595; the version in elements was "for me" was 9.1.0.441) , then the answer I'm sorry to say is no it will not work. Which is a shame it can really cut down on the editing time. This is a very handy tool and although it costs a lot, it's functionality definitely allows me to get professional quality in a short amount. In Davinci Resolve, if you use the colour tab, the profile for this color check is present and editing your video is very streamlined. I've also used this colour checker for photos and also colour grading in Unity.
