It works and is not too tight.
While at first it seemed weird as it was more a pouch than anything. So I tried it tucked and untucked which produced a slight difference - at least until I took the above pictures. The first is with normal underwear and no attempt at tucking or hiding. The second is just wearing the gaff with no tucking. The last is with tucking, and it does a pretty decent job at flattening the bulge. It can't be perfectly flat since even when tucked, you get a different bulge in the cavity where the testicles are pushed in. But comparing before and after, there is a definite difference. Not as pronounced as the "before" picture they use in the listing, but they did that for effect, I guess. My waist is 37ish and I bought an XL.

Good Review
Product arrived on time, in excellent condition, and sufficiently packaged.

Needs a better stiching
I loved it. Very good product however the second or third time wearing this one it started to fall apart

Did a good job of looking and feeling real
Though warm due to its thickness in the crotch, this gaff did a good job of hiding maleness and looking and feeling like a feminine crotch. It was also a good value compared to other gaffs I've seen advertised. It didn't come with care instructions (in English anyway). I hand washed it and line dried it, and that seemed to work fine.

Surprisingly works as expected, but not very sturdy.
Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised that this gaff worked. When I first saw it out of the package, it didn't look very secure. The foam pad was definitely thinner than I had hoped, didn't know how it would "hide" well.Thankfully through, it worked just fine. It took a few wears to "break in", but after that it was barely noticeable. The fake toe isn't as pronounced as it seemed on the image, but that's exactly what I was looking for. It hides just enough to make leggings look decent enough to go out.The main drawback is it is not very sturdy. After gentle use since it arrived, the fabric in the back already started to tear. Self Repair doesn't look possible, the fabric is very thin back there.

Great for body image!
For someone who has recently come to realize they experience gender dysphoria, this was perfect! The cut of this brief was in a familiar men's bikini style, where the waistband sat about 2" below my navel. The seat of this brief was full, so if you are planning on wearing panties over it, I would suggest grabbing the thong variant, so less of this brief will show underneath. A high cut panty will also help hide this brief from showing underneath. The padding in the front gave a positive body image for me and was comfortable when tucking me in. As I ordered a small (the smallest size, and the correct size for my body), I can't say whether other's advice of grabbing a size smaller helped with the tuck, but I couldn't imaging going any smaller than I had. I wouldn't recommend this for someone seeking a really tight, flat tuck, but the positive body image was my primary goal, and it delivered. For other people who say that this feels like wearing a diaper or cup, I think there is some truth to that. You can feel the padding holding you in, but I kind of found that sexy. The lace in the front was a small, sexy touch and much appreciated. It Added enough of a feminine accent that I felt comfortable wearing these by themselves.I wouldn't mind seeing a higher cut variant of this product, with more lace and feminine accents, for a closer panty-like cut, but overall, I was extremely happy with these!

Ok, but you do slide forward over time and need to adjust (unladylike).
Not a bad panty. Not really a gaff. When I see the term gaff I think of an undergarment that helps keep you tucked. These don't really serve that purpose. The crotch is loose enough that you will slip forward. What these do have is padding that hides your outline. Not much of a fan of the labia padding since it is a bit bulky and feels like a bunched diaper in my personal opinion. They do work fine in tight garments, but not as well in loose outfits. As I said, you tend to slide forward as you move and this can create an odd bulge for looser garments. Great for tight jeans, or tights though.Pick your outfit wisely for this one because it is not all purpose everyday wear.

Keep your stuff up front
This is not really the best gaff because the camel toe needs some help. If you want it to show prominently while wearing leggings, you will get better results by not tucking and pointing everything straight out behind the lips instead.
