I have these stuck on the outside of all my IFAKS. If the worst should happen and they dont see my dogtags, this gives them my blood type. Great quality and design.

Possibly a life ending mistake
I ordered a B Positive patch for a family member to use in emergencies, and worse case if they needed a blood transfusion the correct blood needed would be apparent due to the patch. However instead of a B positive patch I received an O positive one instead. This could have potentially been a life ending mistake if they were to infuse a wrong type of blood due to the mistaken patch. I'm glad I checked this upon arrival before giving it to my family member. A simply mistake, but could have been deadly.

Wrong blood type sent.
Looks like a good patch. I ordered a B Positive patch, but received an O positive one. Since I'm deployed, I gave the O positive patch to a guy here. I don't know, maybe he's happy with it, but I'm out the cash. Doesn't seem that hard to review an order with one item, but maybe they're just overwhelmed with work. I'd shop elsewhere if I were you.
