This my first time with this product amazed at how great my hair feels. I am silver in the front & get darker brown & gray in the back of my head, I used 40 vol peroxide & a very small amount of powder bleach. Started in the back of my head, capped & Up to pale blonde in 45 minutes no toner needed. Excellent

It worked. Didn't notice the soft feel and the box doesn't say "oil " on the new boxes so that might be why I didn't get the soft feel to it. The color that I wanted turned out.
