When the prunes first removed from package the two halves were loose on the pivot bolt. I tried tightening the nut didn't work . Then I took the nut off slipped the bolt out just enough to rotate it 180° put the nut back on tightened it up. Now you could cut paper like a fine pair of scissors . Other than that I think I'll be happy with my purchase.

I love a good pair of pruners and so far, these are hitting the nail on the head (to mix a metaphor). A problem I've had in the past is that the rubber sleeving will fall off one of the arms. Too soon to tell with this, but they way they're constructed it doesn't seem to be the case. Good design with the latch and spring to keep them in the open position (one of the main reasons I chose this pair).

These work fine but they are not as good a product as some others. They are a brand I've never heard of. They will work for light pruning but I don't expect them to last as long as some of the better brands.

Nice looking pruning shears that really are as sharp as advertised. I'm hoping they will keep working well for a long time, but my initial experience is very positive.

The handles became worn out and fell off after about 45 minutes of pruning. The blades are sharp and the product is still working, but it is a bit less comfortable without a grip.

Very nice and sturdy. I recommend them.

These pruning shears are fairly sharp and easy to use. I wish they were a little more powerful, but they do the job for smaller shrubs and flowers.

Good quality and a good value for the price. Beats my $19 shears which allows manages to pinch my hand. Ordering 1 more!
