My little magic box
WOW...I thought this would be in my junk drawer within 48 hours....BOY WAS I WRONG. I have a neighbor whose little hound barks on a timed schedule 3:00pm-7:00pm and 2:00am-the thing never shuts up! SO...I put this sweet little magic box outside and...that dog barked and barked, then it stopped and now (they have 6 dogs 1 hound a 5 ankle biting yappers) not one of the dogs bark for more than 20-30 seconds. It does freak my dog out, he's a non barker, so I have to go out and turn it off and on when I know he'll be outside.

My dog barks no matter what
My dog will bark through anything, even a shock collar, but I thought I would give this a try. My sister had one and she pointed it at her neighbor dog that wouldn't stop barking and it worked for her.

Garbage! Don't waste your money. This had 0 effect on my dog. What a waste of money, might as well flush your money down the toilet.

Doesn't deter barking
We had this mounted on our fence between our house and our neighbor's. There are 3 small yapping dogs and they would bark right next to the device with zero deterrent. Returning!

Worked a couple of times and then stopped working :(

Waste of money!
Does not work with high pitched yapping. It was less than 15 feet away from the dog and the indicator light which shows it 'hears' the dog would not light up no matter which sensitivity setting I tried. It lit up just fine when I made barking noises to test it. Maybe it works on dogs with deep loud barks but it obviously can't detect higher pitches. I read in some later researching that this is a common problem with this type of device.
