This brush was designed by a dentist to be easy to use and bite resistant. The 360 degree bristles help make brushing quicker and easier, because no matter how the finger brush is used you have the bristles to help break down the tartar matrix.

Great design!
My puppy is not too fond of oral hygiene, so instead of cooperating she thinks it's more exciting to bite the toothbrush :). I tried other toothbrushes before trying this one with very little success. This toothbrush is great for my uncooperative puppy for various reasons:(1) It's long and sturdy, so my finger doesn't end up sore after the cleaning session. At the same time, it's soft, so my pooch's gums aren't hurt.(2) The 360 degree design maximizes the cleaning area, which is great given that it's hard to control the finger once it is in my playful pooch's mouth. :)(3) The bristles retain the toothpaste for a long time, which keeps my dog motivated longer. As long as there's toothpaste on the toothbrush, she doesn't object to my finger in her mouth. (She loves the beef-flavored toothpaste that I use!)This toothbrush has worked for me, so I do suggest you give it a try. I hope it works for you as well.

Not worth it.
I was really looking forward to using this for my labrador. But it was too rigid, too big, and just a cumbersome struggle. If it was more of a soft silicone I think it'd work better. The toothpaste seemed to stick between the bristles. I was so disappointed for the price so I returned it and we're back to a plain old toothbrush that works a million times better.

Great brush, but too big for small dogs
I was really psyched to try this brush. My boy really prefers a finger brush over a classsic toothbrush, but it's a hassle to constantly readjust the orientation of the small bristle pad. So I was hoping this would be perfect. It is great and very well made, and I think it will work well for medium and large dogs. But for my 15 pound boy, it was too large to fit in his mouth.

Spent a great deal of time trying to decide which brush to purchase. Yours seemed like the best design. Was super excited to use on our dog. Unfortunately it didn't take long for it to puncture and worried that our dog had swallowed a piece of it. Thought it would last longer. Needs to be marketed as a one time use. Too expensive if only able to use one time. Perhaps it could be produced with a more durable rubber? Bummed.

Too big for small dogs
Does not work for small dogs. I have 2 small dogs one is a Chihuahua/Min Pinscher and the other Chihuahua/Italian Greyhound and I can't een really get it between there teeth and gums.

Good quality, may be too big for dogs under 25 lbs.
I really like this toothbrush. The quality is good, even if it is made in China. It is just a bit too large for my Jack Russell mix (24 lbs) and is hard to fit in the very back of her mouth, but we made it work. I would like to see one offered that is just slightly smaller--I think that would be possible because this one is a little loose on my finger, and I don't have small hands.

A good idea but too large for most owners and dogs.
This brush is too large to fit on the average human finger, and is only useful for very large dogs. It is possible to use it if you trim the bristles on a normal finger-puppet style toothbrush and slip it up into this brush.
