I just got a pair of these for my child and it truly works. Just to give you an idea I took the diaper outside and tried to run water through it with my garden hose. I even pressed the nozzle against the material and the water did not go through. Very durable!

I bought the swim diaper for my special needs niece as I have a pool, and she also goes swimming at another pool 2 x month. Her care staff said the swim diaper is a Godsend as my niece had a BM while in the pool, and it was totally contained by the swim diaper!
