Kingsfin Mini Split Ductless AC Air Conditioner and Heat Pump 12000 BTU / 230V 15 SEER Complete System (12000 BTU / 230V)

After a few months efficiency just tanked. I should have paid more attentions to the reviews on the negative side. As a general contractor I have many mini splits. all Pioneer. should not have tried to save a couple of bucks. Also just try and get a hold of this company. Its useless! . I don't mind fixing problems but when the company has no easy access to help it should be a sign of something not good. Don't buy this brand.

I ordered this product back in May to install in my new house. Once I got around to installing it in July, It was simple process. Unfortunately after two weeks it decided to stop blowing cold air. I had an HVAC guy come out and look at it and recharge it because evidently there is a leak somewhere causing the Freon to escape. About a week after that it stopped blowing cold air again. I filed a claim with the company to no avail. I decided to grit my teeth and ride it out and fix it next year but that I would try and use the heating function until then. Well much to my amazement, not really, there isn’t even a heating function on this model. It won’t even go over to heat although the product title states it will. So in all, if they do decide to sell this product again on here, I would think twice about buying from KINGSFIN. Terrible customer service and false advertising product capabilities.

Once installed it worked for 2 weeks and quit cooling. Found the "flimsy" flares they make on the ends of the line set leaked. I shortened the line set and made double wall flares,added refrigerant and it has been working great since.Now I need to purchase a new evaporator fan and instructions on change out and cannot reach ANYONE.Otherwise, easy install. Would I order again, probably not, the price was better then the product.

Installed the 12,000 BTU unit in my 24 x 24 house garage June 2017. We live in Troutdale, OR It has been up to 90° outside in this unit will keep the garage at 75, what I have it set on. I now spend more time in the "man cave" then I do in the house. Quiet is not the word for this unit more like whisper! We are soon going to buy that 18,000 BTU for the kitchen in the house where it's always hot! And should cut way down on the power bill. LOVE IT LOVE IT!

I ordered two of these and had them professionally installed. I have only had them for about six months and have problems with both of them. I own two Pioneers and two senvilles with zero problems and for much longer.

I had this installed in my master bedroom. The HVAC guy mounted on an inside wall and routed the linsetset inside the wall to the outside to the condenser. I couldn't believe how quite the fan was and it was able to maintain the temperature just where I like it. I liked that the unit came with the installation kit and the lineset was charged with the 410a. Great unit! Happy with it!

The unit looks very nice if I could get it installed I need 10 more feet of copper line where can I get this
