I have been wanting a rain chain for years so last year I put one on my Christmas list and lo and behold I got it. It is a hummingbird with bells and it is very cute but the water does not cascade down it as pretty as some I have seen so I ordered this umbrella one and I am glad I did. The water flow beautifully and it looks so pretty. Very long so I had to remove a couple of umbrellas off the end but that is ok. I will just hang them somewhere for decoration. It was fairly easy to install. Came with its own spout and that was a bit of a challenge since it was just a bit larger than the opening for our old spout but we figured it out. I would definitely recommend this

Great, cute little product that works for it's intended purpose!

This is a nice, inexpensive way to redirect your rainwater into a soothing and attractive piece of feng shui art.My home doesn't have gutters or downspouts by choice, but what it does have is a nice little 90 degree angle where the angles of the roof meet and form a valley and the rain cascades down there onto a rock sculpture/rock garden right at my front entry way.So, lacking a downspout, I simply took about a foot of small galvanized chain and screwed it into the fascia to span that 90 degree angle, just where I know the water comes splashing down. Imagine a little clothes line from one fascia board to another.I hooked the umbrella rain chain to that setup, and I now await the next rainstorm with equanimity.There are much more expensive chains available, but the real copper ones get pretty steep. This one is coated to look like copper, according to the manufacturer. If it discolors or rusts, I'll just pick me up a cool color of Rustoleum paint and rectify the situation instantaneously.

This rain chain is much nicer to look at than a downspout. It’s easy to install and it’s really jewelry for your home. I like it a lot!

Bought this because it was a good value product received all pieces present the metal used to make the umbrellas look cheap, but good value for money I have not installed yet, so not sure how it will function

When this item came in the mail, one of the little bowls was broken off. My husband tried to weld it back but it was too small. We just cut that section out. I know this wasn’t Amazon’s fault, it probably broke during shipping. we didn’t want to fool with sending it back so we made it work. Other than that it seems to work fine!

Very easy to install. Before these umbrellas I simply used an actual chain. Both work but this is more efficient. They look very good. I just hope they last.
