The wireless causes a delay that makes it unusable. Just get the wired version instead

This is an early review since I’ve only been using it for about a week, I’ll come back to update my review if anything changes.I love how this is the original style remote. The one the Nintendo NES comes with, the cord is so darn short! It’s useless unless I want my face right in my tv screen and looking up the entire time which causes awful neck pain and straining my eyes. I can’t use it at all. I don’t think they thought it thru before releasing it. I had bought other remotes that were wireless but they had 4 buttons instead of the 2, like the original. It made it too hard to play bc I’m not used it and my fingers hit the other buttons causing me to mess up while I’m playing. I sent those back and found this kind. My Only problem I have is the price. It’s so expensive for one remote. I bought a two pack of the other wireless remotes ( with 4 buttons) for the same price that they charge for one.... i know it’s better and what I wanted but still. That’s a lot to charge for just one.eBay had them cheaper but it was going to take longer to ship. I’m having back surgery soon and wanted to make sure I had everything so when I’m home recovering I have something to do besides watching tv she reading. I’ll be laid up for a month at least. That’s also why I needed a wireless remote. I’m not gonna be able to sit in a chair to play the Nintendo. I’ll have to be in a laying position to stay comfortable. ( this is my second back surgery)Anyways enough of my personal issues lol It holds a charge. I’ll be playing for hours and no issues. It’s very easy to set up. Just stick the thing it comes with into the Nintendo and your ready to go. My tv and Nintendo is about 10 feet away from where I sit on my couch. There’s no issues not being in range.One thing I haven’t tried yet but will, Is to have it charging while playing. I’m not sure if it’ll work. Once I try it I’ll update my review.I figured if I was too impatient to wait for it to charge, then it might be an option to still play.

seemed to work great for some games, but there is a noticeable lag. Hardcore gamers will feel it immediately.\Also, the receivers get crossed - I bought 5 for my kids so they could each have one, and labeled the receivers to match their specific controller. Within a week, the receivers crossed their signals and would not work properly. The kids quit playing the games completely after that. serious issue.

Waste of money product isn't working at all.

Worked one day.

Worked fine for 1 use during a single nostalgia filled nes classic weekend. Just brought it out for another dose of nostalgia and the thing does not work anymore. Defective Wireless Connection or dead controller? The pairing lights flash but the connection never takes place.

Slightly laggy and unresponsive but it nice not to sit on a close tether. Not great but functional.

After going through a couple wireless controllers, this one is great. Buttons are exactly like the controller that comes with the system. With the wired controller being so short, it defiantly makes playing more enjoyable.
