Absolutely love this hood
Absolutely love this hood. Upgraded from a microwave/range hood and could not be happier. I spent a good deal of time researching hoods and ended up taking a shot on this one. Glad I did. It’s beautiful and more than functional for home use.

The digital control board is easy to stop working
I got this range hood and installed 11 month ago. It is working perfect at the beginning. The sensor can sense the heat and turn on the fan automatically. If heat is high, fan speed can increase up to speed 4; when you turn off stove, the fan speed come down to 1, but never stop. You have to turn the fan off. The problem came recently, the control panel is not working, no mater with remote control or touch button, no response. Seller Zetek is very responsive and kindly offer to send replacement control board to me. Parts is 3 year warranty.

Very professional, without the cost!
I REALLY like this exhaust hood. Look so professional too! My only complaint.....when the lights are on the front panel is illuminated, but when you turn the lights off the clock light goes off too. Now, I'm looking for my instruction book, maybe there is a remedy for this. (this is installed at a vacation home.....my husband says he kept it, but I still haven't found it!.....I'll check online).

Amazingly surprise!! Works great. When I originally purchased this range hood, I wasn't sure about the quality but I had it installed it for more than a month now. It is very good. The fan settings 2, fumes out all the food smell. Setting 3 and 4 is even higher. We do not smell any food in the house. I would definitely recommend this range hood to all Indian families who cook at home every day.

brand new item with faulty control board and no customer support.
replacement control board came with no instructions, tried to contact reseller, no answer. waste of lot of time to put this up and bring it down.

Not as strong as i was lead to believe
Does not work as well as i thought it would. We have it over outdoor grill. My biggest problem is that it changes speed on its on so when i have it on four it will adjust even though i don’t want it too to 2 or 1
