I plan to stay on them. Not sure I can state if they're doing all thats promised with them, but I have noticed slight decrease in my between meal appetite. So, I'm looking forward to seeing how I feel about pills after longer amount of time on them.I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism after i had unexplained weight gain and extreme fatigue. Since being on these, I am maintaining, not gaining anymore, so I'might good with that for now. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product! *by L***C on April 17, 2016* I believe this product reduces my appetite and I am not left feeling like I'm starving! It got 4 stars because I did not see any weight loss specifically from this product even with going to the gym... YET. But I am going to continue to use it everyday and hope for some results with the scale. I am not left feeling light headed what so ever and I feel energized and go to the gym about an hour after taking these. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome! *by D***D on August 28, 2018* I was told of this, and wanted to try it for my husband who has Parkinson's. He is more alert, and has more energy. I decided to try it, and we are even eating right now. I have needed to lose a few pounds, and this is helping! Raspberry is also an antioxidant with a preventative for cancer, so it's a double plus! No jitters, speedy, nothing like that!
