Poor quality, not a heart. Save yourself the hassle of a return process
Not shaped like a heart at all. Not enough stuffing in the inside and the little stuffing there is is all on one side. You can try moving it around, but it doesn’t help. However I think the main problem is the shape of the heart encasing the filling. Even if it was filled, I don’t think it will be a heart.
