Does this pillow fit a standard pillow case?

I can tell by looking at them unopened they will be too long for standard pillow cases. I will return unopened. They should make these in standard size, since that works just fine for full or queen size beds. Too bad.

You can wash them with your regular clothes as usual

Are these pillows super soft and fluffy?

Not feather soft, they maintain your neck/head position and bounce back to the original shape. Definitely a great set of pillows, I am not tossing and turning to adjust the pillow at night.
