I had an issue with the crank. I emailed pi turrs and they sent a new winch within days. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked well for moving roll-off roof and lifting wood *by D***E on May 15, 2026* I built an 8x12 observatory building with a roll-off roof in my back yard. With solar panels for shingles, the roof weighed about 1000 pounds and was thus too heavy to move with muscle power alone. The winch is mounted on the east wall, and along with two or three 4-inch pulleys (depends on whether opening or closing) makes for an easy job of moving the roof.
