This obd gps tracker is awsome. I’ll not give you the live location immediately but there is no subscription or internet recharge required to sync data to server, it’ll take 20 to 30min to sync data to server, also no subscription needed to access data. You just need to install GoMechanic app and connect device that’s it. Around 90to 95 percent Accurate data it gives. Anti theft, geo fencing, engine start stop etc feature working perfectly. I’m so happy to use this product

I purchased the product with the hope of keeping track of my cars usage by my drivers. I installed it two days back. There was no updates ecxept the scanner showed the car health which was also wrong as my adaptive headlight errors was not shown even after scanning. Used it for a day to see if the tracking of the car works the car travelled for a minimum of 600 odd kilometer but it tracked only 43 kilometers of the whole travel. After the whole trip the car was parked in the garage by 6 am today morning and as of now 455 pm on 14th august the cars battery is drained fully. Cannot even start the car. Kindly rethink before the product is purchased. Not worth spending at the cost of your car battery. All the purpose it has mentioned does not work

I like this product. But calculating milage and distance travelled are not much accurate. Distance travelled will always show less compared to the actual travelled distance. Also, mileage sometimes it shows 13 km/l and immediately 21 km/l for another trip. I doubt mileage calculation is not so accurate. I think the problem lies in the internet connectivity, because gomechanic is providing 2g sim in the device and trip details are not capturing accurately due to low internet speed. Gomechanic can improve or update the product with 4g sim or better connectivity for the device and then it may capture correct readings.

One of the best product ever purchased for my car. Easy to plug easy to install. To install in the app in DIY it will ask for device id instead device id enter user id and password. Thanks Gomechanic for selling this products in such a reasonable price. After installation one issue faced but Escalation Manager Nischal resolved the same immediately.

Doesn't work

After using Goconnect OBD location detector for 2 months, here what i have got: Likes: One time payment for device. When it gives location it gives correct information and many times it doesn't give location. Dislikes: When Engine is off- Its shows running. When Engine turned on: doesn't notify about it. When driving Car: Shows Updating. Driven 50-60Kms doesn't even show location. Only shows Updating. But when it does it gives correct location, but in 10 tours it will give 1 or 2 tours information, in remaining it shows Updating. Sometimes location is detected after 1 or 2 Hours. Bought this OBD location detector and after using it for about 2 months, i have wasted money.

I did a lot of research to buy a GPS tracker for my car. Then I come for this. In starting I had some doubts. But now while I am using it for a week amazing product super smooth app. And I loved it yet and what you need when they are giving you 1-year warranty with a free lifetime subscription no one will promise that.

The Concept is very good, but for some reason the updates of GPS tracking and other Information lags a lot, and even the orientation of vehicle 🚗 movements is not correct. Go Mechanic must seriously update the software. I have been using for the past 3 months, but definitely will update in future if there are firmware update from the company. But as for today it DOES NOT SERVES THE PURPOSE OF PURCHASE. 6 Months Update!!! Go mechanic has still not release any updates, to have the problem solved.
